Electronic automatic machine with 4 axes for the production of mops in cotton, microfibre, non-woven and spunlace yarns. Production capacity 35 mop/minute (2100 mop/h). Machine equipped with: - Double movement electronic press via Siemens brushless motor - Double drive system with Siemens brushless motors (servo motors). - Automatic positioning (size change) of the cutting unit via Siemens brushless motor controlled directly from the touch panel. - Siemens 7” color touch screen. - Remote assistance system with dedicated modem for direct connection to the GIORI Service. - LED light inside the machine. - Conveyor belts with hoppers for loading the connectors. - Conveyor belt for unloading the produced mops - Chiller unit for temperature control inside the electrical panel (Optional).
